Booking Information

Client hereby retains Naildva LLC to perform the following services: Business Coaching

All documents will be provided in digital form.  

This project will span 4 weeks.

On agreeing of this agreement by both parties hereto, the consultant will reserve the date and times ranges agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific date and time frame. For this reason, all retainers are non-refundable even if the date is changed or client needs to reschedule.  

The total cost of project is $1,500. The fee breakdown is: four weekly payments of $375.00 for a total of $1,500 dollars. Payment request/invoice will be sent via email and must be paid 48hrs prior to the scheduled session.

The Client understands that session dates are subject to change due to holidays, delays caused by research, lack of communication, and or failure of payment. All changes to sessions will be notified to client through email. 

Naildva LLC will perform services via Zoom. 

Naildva LLC shall provide invoices and weekly tasks via email throughout the course.

Invoices will be accessed a late charge of 10% of total project cost beyond 3 days of due date. If payment remains past due beyond due date without written communication, sessions are subject to termination and client will be responsible for any outstanding balances. 

All payments are non refundable. 

Naildva LLC agrees that, except as directed by Client, that it will not at any time or during the term of this Agreement disclose of any confidential information to any person outside of designated Client team. 

Both parties agree to uphold a confidential relationship in regards to the practice and process of outlined services. 

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time.
